Services We Provide

How to Get Started

Complete the “Referral for Therapy form”. All referrals will be reviewed within 24 business hours of receipt.

Insurance eligibility will be checked – we accept Medicaid insurance.

We assign your case to a licensed assessor. This assessor will come to your home to speak with the client and caregivers (if applicable) and will complete an initial assessment report for the office. It may take 1-2 weeks for an assessor to contact the client.

Once the assessment is provided to the office and reviewed by the clinical team, a determination is made on what therapist would be a good match to fit the client’s needs. The therapist is then assigned to client’s case.

The therapist will contact the client/caregiver to schedule an appointment. Appointments may often take place at home, school, daycare, or after-school program.
